Service Description
If you are responsible for caring for an infant and/or child then this workshop was designed for you! Topics discussed include infant/child CPR and first aid for choking, head injury, fever, bleeding, allergic reactions, burn injuries and more! Each participant will receive an informative booklet and have the chance to practice their CPR and first aid for choking skills on a lifelike manikin. Please note that this workshop is meant for parents/caregivers to be prepared in case of an emergency. It is NOT a certification course and therefore no certification card will be distributed. If needed, supervised childcare can be arranged at Tiny Town for an additional $20/child for the duration of the workshop. Note: This service is only available for participants who are registered in the workshop and parents/guardians must remain on site. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing snacks and drinks for their child(ren). The last day to register for Supervised Childcare is September 15, 2019.
