ANTHONY RUFFOLO, B.COMM (HON), MBA, JD
Anthony Ruffolo has been conducting safety and emergency response training programs for more than twenty years. He has instructed Lifesaving Society, Red Cross and Heart and Stroke Foundation safety and emergency response training programs. Anthony has conducted first aid, CPR/AED courses for multi-national financial institutions, universities, government institutions, health care organizations, and various not-for-profit organizations.

ELISA RUFFOLO, BSC (HON), MSC, CSEP-CEP
Elisa is a certified First Aid and CPR Instructor/Examiner with the Lifesaving Society. She discovered her passion for teaching while working as a Teaching Assistant during her Graduate studies at York University. She is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and has vast work experience in fitness, health, dance and education. She has worked as a Kinesiologist in a physical rehabilitation setting and also designed and led exercise programs for cardiac and stroke rehabilitation patients. In 2009, she joined the faculty at Humber College and has taught in both the Fitness and Health Promotion and Massage Therapy programs.

After the birth of her first child in 2010, Elisa developed a keen interest in child safety. She believes that all parents and caregivers should be prepared for an emergency. This led to the creation of the Parent and Caregiver Workshop, which she has been fortunate enough to offer to many parents, grandparents, babysitters and other caregivers in her community.

When she is not teaching First Aid courses and workshops, Elisa enjoys working out, reading and chasing after her four very busy and active children.
